Individual Therapy For Adults
At CIFC our board-certified therapists will work one-on-one with their clients and assist them in becoming the healthiest version of themselves. The one-on-one work will help the client identify his/her negative thinking or behavior and will help him/her change these patterns that can affect the client’s life. The client will increase their sense of well-being and strengthen their relationships with others. In individual therapy, we help with depression, anxiety, stress, substance abuse, trauma, etc.
Life Coaching For Adults
Do you ever feel like you would like to talk to someone? CIFC’s Life Coach will assist the client in envisioning their desired outcome and create an action plan. Through encouragement and accountability, the life coach will help the client commit to the action plan and achieve his/her goals.
CIFC welcomes adults ages 55 years or older who are interested in developing more effective ways of managing difficult situations and challenges that can occur in life. Our therapists have clinical expertise working with the older adult population. They create strategies to help improve the clients’ day-to-day life.
